RewriteMe is an AI-powered resume optimization service operated by Pegrio LLC. By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RewriteMe uses artificial intelligence to analyze and rewrite resumes for Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization. Results are AI-generated and should be reviewed by the customer before use. We do not guarantee job interviews, callbacks, or employment outcomes of any kind.
Resumes are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI). While we optimize for ATS compatibility, AI output may contain errors. The customer is responsible for reviewing and verifying all information, including job titles, dates, metrics, and qualifications, before submitting to employers. RewriteMe is not liable for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
RewriteMe offers one-time purchases only. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your rewritten resume, email contact@rewriteme.app within 30 days of purchase with your order details and request a full refund to your original payment method. We verify the purchase before issuing the refund. Your bank determines when the credit appears. This guarantee does not promise interviews, employment, or a particular hiring outcome.
Automatic refunds on technical failure. If our system fails to deliver your resume (AI processing error, system outage, etc.), we will refund your purchase automatically within 5 business days. You don't need to ask.
Additional versions use alternative wording and emphasis from the same supplied experience. They do not represent separate resumes for different people. Optional cover letters, LinkedIn headline and summary, and interview prep sheets are delivered as text files. All files are available through a private download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link lasts seven days and allows 50 file downloads in total.
Your purchase does not require an account. Current packages do not include human editing, a set number of revisions, or a separate design service. Purchases made under earlier terms retain the benefits advertised at the time of purchase; contact support for help accessing those benefits.
The public resume check can be used without an account, up to three times per day. It applies a limited text checklist and identifies issues, but does not include a rewritten resume. A paid rewrite is optional.
You own your resume content. We do not claim ownership of your personal information or resume text. We may use aggregated service metrics to improve RewriteMe, but we do not use your resume content to train AI models.
RewriteMe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI content, or service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We collect your email address, name, and resume text to provide the service. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. We do not sell your data to third parties.
AI processing disclosure: Your resume text is transmitted to OpenAI's API for analysis and rewriting. Per OpenAI's API policy, your data is not used to train their models and is retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted. By uploading a resume, you consent to this processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details and your data rights (including request-deletion).
All ATS and match scores shown in RewriteMe are generated by AI judgment against our scoring rubric. They reflect keyword and format compatibility against the job description you provide. They are not a direct measurement of, or simulation of, any specific third-party ATS system (such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), nor a prediction of interview or hire outcomes. Real-world hiring depends on many factors beyond resume content.
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service, at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of RewriteMe after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
